The Constellation 5mm Necklace is our take on the classic tennis chain, built with weight and presence the dainty references it draws from simply don't carry. How does it hold up over time?
Every piece is finished using next-gen PVD technology, bonded at the molecular level for a water-resistant, sweat-resistant shine that holds through daily wear. If anything fades or anything goes wrong, we'll replace it. No problem.
How do I choose my size?
Necklaces come in 20″ (sits at the collarbone — most popular) or 22″ (drops slightly lower). Bracelets come in 7.5″ (fits most wrists) or 8.5″ (roomier fit). Questions on sizing? Email help@jamesoro.com and we'll help you pick.
What if the fit isn't right or I want to exchange?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original condition. Start your return through our returns portal or email help@jamesoro.com.
What's it made of?
A nickel-free copper and zinc alloy, finished with PVD plating in either 18K gold or rhodium. Hypoallergenic.
How does it come packaged?
Every order arrives in our signature three-piece box set with a faux leather travel pouch tucked inside. Built to protect the piece whether it's on your dresser or in your bag.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200. All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or text.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday.

Every James Oro piece is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. If something breaks or fails due to how the piece was made, not from regular wear, drops, or misuse, we'll replace it. If the original item has sold out, we'll send a replacement of similar value.
