Shipping Time?

We provide free delivery on all US orders. Our fulfillment facility begins processing your order within 1-2 business days after it is submitted. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays. We ship most orders via USPS so please allow 3-7 business days for shipping to your address. If you order expedited shipping it will be shipping in 2-4 business days

Prescription Lenses?

All of our frames are prescription compatible. When you order our frames, they come with stock plano lenses that can be swapped out by your optical doctor with your prescription lenses. If you do not wish to add prescription lenses, all of our stock lenses are UV400 protective and extremely durable for regular wear.

Currently our prescription lab is temporarily closed for renovation and will be back in operation later in 2021. For now we ask that you purchase the glasses from our website and take them to your optical doctor or optical store that you get your prescription lenses from currently. All James Oro frames are prescription compatible.

I Didn't Get an Email Confirming My Order?

Most likely you gave us your phone number instead of your email address. Or you misspelt your email. If you would like to add your email to the order please send us a request at help@jamesoro.com

Returns

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased James Oro Glasses within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that appear heavily used more than trying on the pair once.

Furthermore, if your original glasses are unworn, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a model that’s more to your liking. Simply email us to arrange an exchange via help@jamesoro.com

Warranty

James Oro warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, JAMES ORO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE; JAMES ORO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
