Shipping:

We ship all orders out of our east coast based shipping fulfillment center the same day for all orders placed before 12PM PST (1PM MST) (2PM CST) (3PM EST). We offer three shipping options for all of our products.

Free Economy Shipping: 5-8 Business Days 

$5 Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days

$20 Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Business Days DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS. Only Monday-Friday. For example if you order at 5PM on a Friday night your package will not start moving until Monday morning.

Is James Oro legit?

Yes! James Oro is an LA based eyewear designer focused on creating affordable luxury eyewear.  Our corporate office & showroom is based in Downtown Los Angeles, CA and we have two Shipping Fulfillment Centers one based in Pittston, Pennsylvania & the other is Los Angeles, CA. We offer a Money Back Guarantee & 2 Year International Warranty on all of our products. As well as 14 Day Free Returns if you don't like the glasses or for any other reason, no questions asked. Just email us help@jamesoro.com and our amazing support staff will be able to help you with any questions you have.

Prescription Lenses?

All of our frames are prescription compatible for almost all prescription lens sizes. When you order our frames, they come with stock plano lenses that can be swapped out by your optical doctor or local optical store with your prescription lenses. If you do not wish to add prescription lenses, all of our stock lenses are UV400 protective and extremely durable for regular wear.

Currently our prescription lab is temporarily closed for renovation and will be back in operation later in 2021. For now we ask that you purchase the glasses from our website and take them to your optical doctor or optical store that you get your prescription lenses from currently. All James Oro frames are prescription compatible.

I Didn't Get an Email Confirming My Order?

Most likely you gave us your phone number instead of your email address. Or you misspelt your email. If you would like to add your email to the order please send us a request at help@jamesoro.com

 

Returns

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased James Oro Glasses within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that appear heavily used more than trying on the pair once.

Furthermore, if your original glasses are unworn, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a model that’s more to your liking. Simply email us to arrange an exchange via help@jamesoro.com

Warranty

James Oro warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, JAMES ORO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE; JAMES ORO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
