The Classic Masterpiece of Eyeglasses - Clear Serpent Glasses

To Whom It May Concern:

Good Afternoon Sir:

I pray that tis message finds you well, safe and healthy.

I am writing to inform you that I received the pair of Clear Serpent Authentic Glasses I ordered on May 12, 2025, order # 201667.

I received the package on May 28th. 2025.

I revered the elegant, classic piece of glasses. This is a "Masterpiece" work of craftmanship.

However, I can not wear these glasses because the prescription was not my prescription. I have reached out to few eyeglasses places including COSTCO, Lens Crafter, etc. None of them would touch it just admired the craftsmanship.

I am requesting to resend the glasses so that you could fit it with my correct prescription. You can either direct me where I can take it to for them to replace the lenses or provide me a with a "Return Address" Slip.

Admittedly, I have referred several colleagues to you website. But they too are now concern about the wrong prescription.

Please advise accordingly.
